Gingerbread Boy S'Mores
Here's a sweet combination: the melt-in-your-mouth taste of campfire s'mores in the festive holiday shape of mini gingerbread cookies. Two Hearts Bakery in San Francisco creates these treats for us by hand, one batch at a time. The graham crackers are baked with a touch of honey and cinnamon, then dipped in Merckens coating, choose flavor, milk or dark chocolate and piped with vanilla icing buttons. Sandwiched in between is a fresh marshmallow flavored with Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. 4.2 oz. (8 s'mores).
