Hanging Bell

                 With a short length of
                 shoestring licorice, this
                 bell becomes an
                 ornament for your tree; a
                 longer length turns it into
                 an edible necklace.
                 Either way, it won't hang
                 around for too long! 

                     Bell cookie cutter 
                     Plain cookie dough
                     Drinking straw 
                     Egg Paint 
                     Shoestring licorice 

                 Using the cookie cutter, cut out bells from the
                 rolled-out cookie dough. Punch a hole at the
                 top of each cookie with the straw. Decorate
                 with Egg Paint, then bake as directed. Tie a
                 piece of licorice through the hole and hang on
                 your tree or around your neck.
