INGREDIENTS All the colors are food color additives and TiO2 is a food grade titanium dioxide. There are several titanium dioxides out there, some are used exclusive for food and that is what we use, some are used for paint and other industrial items. Most of the colors are sodium based. In basic terms, it is a salt based color. In answer to your customers question, i can find no dextrose, wheat, soy, corn, in the process of making the colors. Each color is given a FD&C number which are: Red #40, Blue 1, Blue 2, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Carmine, and Titanium dioxide.
