The seashell cake is one of my favorites. The sizes are 8-12-16". I used various chocolate molds - the most important to get that look would be 2 sizes of sand dollars and the little shells that are also on the mini sand dollar mold.
Also the flat shell one.

MOLDS HERE
The molds:
3D Shells N-17
Sand Dollar N-39
Tiny Shells N-33
Seashell #90-12876
Starfish #N-47

They were all molded with white fondant or candy melts, depending on the molds used.
All were colored with dry luster dusts using spiced pumpkin, oyster, orchid pink, rose pink, super pearl, and violet.
The 'sand' is crushed nilla wafers with a little granulated sugar mixed in.
The rocks were various shades of marbled fondant.
The coral was piped with white royal icing onto the easy release tin foil - I love that stuff!
I painted it with luster dusts mixed with lemon extract.
Make you sure let it dry thourougly before you remove it from the foil.
Painting it will weaken it until it's completely dry again. Then it's fine.
For the ones on the upper tiers I piped a longer stem on them so they stick right in the cake. If I forgot anything yell.
