SEA SHELLS
The cake is covered with rolled fondant. You can do buttercream but you will have to do a
lot of smoothing. I've done it and its fine. The shells are made of white coating chocolate
The shells are brushed with pearl dust to make them shine The 'pearls' are balls of
fondant brushed with pearl dust too. The shells were done in shell candy molds.
