Warm Chocolate Coating. Dip cookie in melted chocolate. |
Tape off excess chocolate and place on wax paper lined tray to harden. |
OR dip half the cookie OR before chocolate sets: add chocolate drizzle, decorate with jimmies, chopped nuts, or add our Sugar Shapes. |
Chill for approximately 15 minutes or until cookie easily releases from wax paper. Box or bag for a wonderful gift! |

Cookie Lollipops
Insert a 6 inch lollipop sucker stick. You may need to open Oreo cookie carefully. Dip sucker stick into melted Merckens Confectioners Chocolate to use as a glue. Gently press into the cookie filling and place the Oreo cookie parts back together. Let the dry for 2 minutes. Or insert a popsicle stick into the cream center of each cookie. Dip your cookie in our Merckens Confectioners Chocolate. Place on wax paper to set-up. Immediately add non-pareils, chopped nuts, drizzle with Chocolate Candy Writer, sprinkles or Fun Sugar Shaped Decons. Allow to harden and Cover with our candy bags and tie with a pretty satin bow. |

and Groom Decorated Sandwich Cookies
Supplies: 1 pound White (vanilla) Merckens Confectioners candy coating 1 pound Cocoa Dark Merckens Confectioners candy coating about 25-30 Chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreo) Cookie Dipping Fork #81-11 squeezeIt painter bottle #81-302 Waxed paper-lined cookie sheet white candy box #1070 4 inch lace doily or candy pad cut to fit Warm white candy wafers in a Microwavesafe tray. Fill one painter bottle with warmed white wafers to use for buttons and dress design. Keep bottle warm in a glass of hot water, careful not to allow bottle to fall down in water. Dip all cookies into the rest of the white wafers, being sure that cookies are completely covered. Use a dipping fork to remove each cookie from the melted wafers, taping off any excess. Place dipped cookie on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill 10-15 minutes. Warm dark chocolate candy wafers in Microwavesafe safe tray. Fill the other painter bottle with warmed dark wafers to use for buttons and bow tie. To create the tuxedo, dip 1/2 the cookies on their side leaving a V of white chocolate showing. Chill 10-15 minutes. Using the white painter bottle, drizzle pre-dipped cookies in a criss-cross V across front of the remaining vanilla coated cookies. Dot 2 buttons at top of V with melted wafers. Using the dark painter bottle, add a bow tie and buttons. Fold 1/4 lb. candy boxes and add doily or a candy pad cut to fit. Include one each of your finished cookies. These treats make a wonderful gift for the Rehearsal Dinner or a nice Thank You message for your reception. |
