FROM A GOOD CUSTOMER: A pour in OR dump (pour choc. in & dump out excess, repour until thick enough) candy dish with 1 or more lids per sheet; mold each piece separate, then fill with other candy. Coat twice for stability. If this is one mold, with the top & bottom together, what I do is to cut them apart. I have had success with this, because the top of the box is always thinner & sets up faster than the thicker bottom. What I have found to work sometimes, is to fill the box, then let it set up at room temperature completely. Sometimes it will just release then, but if not, just set it in the freezer for a minute or two. Somewhere on the board someone suggested that putting a pinhole in the bottom of a box will help release it.
