You can use chocolate transfer sheets in a lot of different ways. There are magnetic molds you can buy that transfer the design directly onto a piece of chocolate. You can buy them from Sugarcraft. Also, you can cut the transfer sheets into strips or designs; smear on melted chocolate with a spatula. Wait until the chocolate hardens and then peel off the transfer sheet. The design is on the chocolate! I have also wrapped the chocolate covered strips (while still pliable) around cake pans and let harden. I then peeled off the transfer sheet and after frosting my cake, laid these chocolate "shells" around the cake. It looked really impressive and wasn't very hard. HTH! Ruth

HOW TO USE TRANSFER SHEETS

Cut squares and press design
on candy pieces

Designs for cake sides

Make a design

Pour melted chocolate over the design.

Spread melted chocolate thinly on the sheet

Cool, then
remove backing.

Break or score in to random pieces then add to dessert.

Chocolate Transfer Sheets should last until you use them. Its merely cocoa butter and powdered coloring
embossed onto a clear acetate sheet. Store flat and dry. Keep as you would any other edible product.

	Choco White Airbrush Color Used as a bearer for darker chocolate transferring, moulding and printing. Lay chocolate transfer sheet face up or into a chocolate candy mold. Airbrush Choco White directly over the cocoa butter. Apply compound coating with a straight edge, a piping bag or lay dipped cookies directly on to the Choco White sprayed transfer side. Allow to set-up then peal away backing. Choco White may also be used with edible ink printing on Chocolate Transfer Sheets in printers (Cannon IP4700 or Espon C88PLUS) that have a T-Shirt setting. 	Chocolate Transfer Backing Sheets Used with edible ink printing in printers (Cannon IP4700 or Espon C88PLUS) that have a T-Shirt setting. Change settings on printer then print using edible ink. MORE CHOCOLATE TRANSFERS

.Transfer - edible design on a clear sheet. Makes elegant candy. For a flat mold, simply cut the sheet to fit the mold, with the design side up. Pour melted chocolate or candy coating over the top of the design, into the mold. Place in freezer or refrigerator to set up. Remove from mold and peel off sheet. Design will remain on chocolate. Another use, Lay sheet out on counter, design side up. Pour melted chocolate over sheet. Let set up, then with cutter, cut into shapes or with pizza roller, cut into squares, triangles, etc.

Order our Magnetic Molds with our stock designs above. Plus we can customize your designs. Turn plain, flat molded chocolate pieces into something really special... with Image Transfer Molds! Easy to use. Simply slip it between the mold and stainless steel bottom (texture side up). Then pour your melted chocolate coating into the cavities of the Image Transfer Mold. Allow to harden and presto! The chocolate transfer design will be on your chocolate piece. They're a great way to add an extra dimension to your products that your customers will love. Their use is limited only by your imagination. Molds are made of clear, FDA approved, thick gauge poly carbonate plastic. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. 24 mm x 24 mm. Chablon Silicone Stencil Mat for Chocolate, Hard Tac or Isomalt Product Description:
    *Chablon Stencil Mats are made of a flexible rubber material used for producing chocolate decorations in a variety of shapes.
    *Create uniform wafer-thin chocolate decorations, quickly and easily with these specialty mats.
Use:
Simply lay the Chablon Stencil Mat over a Silpat, parchment paper or transfer sheet (above).
Spread chocolate evenly over the mat and remove any excess chocolate.
Allow the chocolate to slightly firm and then remove the Chablon Stencil Mat.

Now use these wonderful shapes to decorate cakes, pastries and plated desserts.
    * Chablon Silicone Stencils are used to make small candy pieces with candy coating or tempered real chocolate.

HOW TO USE STENCIL MATS WITH TRANSFER IMAGES:

Lay Stencil Mat over the Transfer Image.	Pour warm chocolate on top of Stencil Mat.
Scrape chocolate flat using a straight edge knife.	Cool at 42 degrees F (6 degrees C) for 20 minuets.
Invert and remove transparent sheet from solid chocolate.	Brush with Confectioners Glaze to seal and to prevent color fade.
Press out the chocolate piece gently from the Stencil Mat.	Look how nice and easy this was to make!
