You can use chocolate transfer sheets in a lot of different ways. There are magnetic molds you can buy that transfer the design directly onto a piece of chocolate. You can buy them from Sugarcraft. Also, you can cut the transfer sheets into strips or designs; smear on melted chocolate with a spatula. Wait until the chocolate hardens and then peel off the transfer sheet. The design is on the chocolate! I have also wrapped the chocolate covered strips (while still pliable) around cake pans and let harden. I then peeled off the transfer sheet and after frosting my cake, laid these chocolate "shells" around the cake. It looked really impressive and wasn't very hard. HTH! Ruth

Order our Magnetic Molds with our stock designs above. Plus we can customize your designs. Turn plain, flat molded chocolate pieces into something really special... with Image Transfer Molds! Easy to use. Simply slip it between the mold and stainless steel bottom (texture side up). Then pour your melted chocolate coating into the cavities of the Image Transfer Mold. Allow to harden and presto! The chocolate transfer design will be on your chocolate piece. They're a great way to add an extra dimension to your products that your customers will love. Their use is limited only by your imagination. Molds are made of clear, FDA approved, thick gauge poly carbonate plastic. Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. 24 mm x 24 mm. STENCIL MATS | TRANSFER SHEETS

HOW TO USE STENCIL MATS WITH TRANSFER IMAGES:


Lay Stencil Mat over the 
Transfer Image.

Pour warm chocolate on 
top of Stencil Mat.

Scrape chocolate flat using
a straight edge knife.

Cool at 42 degrees F (6 degrees C)
 for 20 minuets.

Invert and remove transparent
sheet from solid chocolate.

Brush with Confectioners Glaze
to seal and to prevent color fade.

Press out the chocolate piece
gently from the Stencil Mat.
