Hi-Gloss Dipping Paper A 9x12 inch
reusable opaque hi-gloss food grade poly-coated paper for dipping chocolate
and lining candy or cookie boxes. Replaces layer boards. Simply cut the
size for your candy box. It also provides cushion for the candy. Replaces
wax paper. This paper is more desirable as the candy does not pick up a
residue of wax when it is placed on the paper. Reusable also. Stays flat
- doesn't want to roll up like wax paper does.

GOLD LEAF
- If you want to add luster to craft items, you've found what you are looking
for. Imported from Italy for food decoration. In Europe, gold leaf is used
widely on chocolate cakes and candies, flecked onto liqueurs. But has not
been given FDA approval in the U.S. Use to gild foods such as fruit, nuts
and chocolate, lending an exotic touch to dinner parties, weddings, or
special occasions. Because gold leaf is so delicate, a brush called a gilder's
tip is used to pick up the gold leaf and apply it to the desired surface.
