Candy Apple Coating Mix
 powder mix
Candy Apple Mix is ready to cook for covering apples with that shiny hard coating! Just add granulated sugar to the mix, water and cook with a thermometer. Dip skewered apples in freshly cooked mixture and allow to cool before serving. Instructions printed on bag. Entire package makes approximately 70-100 candy apples depending on the size of the apple. 
NOTE: A 2-1/2 inch apple will hold approx. 1.35 oz. candy apple coating.
