I saw the cutest thing the other day…I went to the DOS in Michigan.
Jeannie Babbot showed how to make chocolate loops SOOOO easy. They are
really pretty on the top of a cake. So easy and fast too.
Use our NEW #14471
Decorating Comb. Spread out coating chocolate over a strip of Klear
Kake Band #KAKEBAND (2 ½" wide). (1 yard is 25¢). Run the
Decorating Comb over the chocolate on the strip to make it just lines,
as shown above.
Process:
Spread chocolate on the strip, clean the edges, comb across
it to make just ‘lines’ then lift it and form a loop. She made her design
using the bottom of the decorating cmb shown here. Leave it together on
just the ends as shown. She propped it with food coloring bottles to
let it set up. Place on cake. That’s easy! Use for garnish and embellishment
of cakes and candies!
