Birthday on the Bounty Cake

Take to the high seas with a crew of brownie buccaneers on a fondant freighter rigged out for fun! They’ve even raised the mainsail with a special birthday message.
Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make waves and cover base board. Tint 48 oz. fondant light blue. Using pan as a guide, cut base board 1 1/4 in. wider on all sides. Cover with 36 oz. fondant rolled 1/8 in. thick. Roll out remaining fondant 1/8 in. thick. Using pattern, cut 4 large and 4 small waves.
Step 2
Working 1 wave at a time, use Piping Gel in cut parchment bag to cover a portion of each wave curl with C-motion lines. Sprinkle on blue sugar. Overpipe top line and add more sugar to darken. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted surface.

Make pirates. Bake and cool 4 brownies in silicone mold supported by cookie sheet. Ice lightly with buttercream. Tint fondant as follows: 15 oz. light copper, 4 1/2 oz. black, 2 3/8 oz. red, 2 oz. orange, 2 oz. light green, 2 oz. dark green, 2 oz. dark blue, 3/4 oz. violet, 2 oz. yellow, 1/4 oz. gray. Roll out 1/8 in. thick as needed. For 3 pirates, cut a 6 x 1 1/2 in. strip for each shirt in assorted colors; wrap around brownies and smooth. Cut 6 x 1 in. strips in different colors for pants; attach using damp brush. For V-neckline, cut away a small triangle of shirt and replace with light copper. Cut thin strips in shirt colors and attach for edging. Roll 1 1/4 x 1/2 in. diameter logs for arms. Flatten one end for hand; use knife to cut slits for scissors. For shirt sleeves, roll out small amounts of fondant 1/16 in. thick. Cut 1/2 x 1/2 in. squares; cut away triangles for torn edge. Attach around arms using damp brush. For shoes, shape 5/8 x 1 in. ovals; flatten. Attach arms and shoes to bodies with melted candy. For heads, roll 1 3/4 in. fondant balls. Cut slits for mouth. Indent eye sockets using brush handle; roll tiny black balls for eyes and attach. Roll 1/4 in. balls for noses; attach. For bandanas, cut circles using largest round Cut-Out. Use knife to cut 2 teardrops 1/2 in. long for ties, use tip 8 to cut dots; attach using damp brush. For ears, cut circle with tip 2A. Cut in half, shape and attach with candy. For hair, cut various C or V shapes; attach. Attach heads to bodies using melted candy. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted surface.
Step 4
Make 1 captain. Roll out tinted fondant 1/8 in. thick (unless otherwise specified). Cut a 1 3/4 x 6 in. red strip for shirt; wrap around brownie, smooth. Cut a 6 x 1 in. black strip for pants; attach. Cut a 1 x 3/4 in. rectangle for shirt front, 1/2 in. wide triangles for lapels; attach. Roll tiny ball buttons; attach. Cut a white 1/4 x 1 in. strip; pinch and roll for ascot, attach. Roll red 1 x 1/2 in. diameter logs for sleeves. Roll and flatten a 3/4 in. ball for hand; use knife to cut fingers. For gray hook, roll a thin log 3/4 in. long; curve. Shape a 1/2 in. diameter disk for base. Use melted candy to attach hook to base, base and hand to sleeves and sleeves to body. For shoes, shape 1 x 3/4 in. ovals; flatten and attach. For head, roll a 1 3/4 in. ball. Cut slit for mouth. Indent 1 eye socket using brush handle; roll tiny black ball for eye and attach. Cut a 1/4 in. diameter circle for patch and 1/16 in. wide strips for string; attach. Roll a 1/4 in. ball for nose; attach. Use pattern to cut hat. Cut skull shape 5/8 x 3/4 in. high. Use tip 3 to cut out eyes and nose; use knife to cut mouth. Attach to hat. Roll thin 1/4 in. long logs for bones; attach. Use tip 3 to cut tiny circles for bone tips; attach 2 to end of each bone. Pinch hat to shape and attach to head with damp brush. For ears, cut circle with tip 2A; cut in half, shape and attach with candy. Roll small log for hoop earring; curve and attach. Attach head to body using melted candy. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted surface.
Step 5
Make parrot. Use light green fondant for body and wings; use light blue for tail. Shape 1 1/2 in. long body tapering from 1/2 in. diameter head to 5/8 in. diameter tummy. Attach 2 flattened, teardrop-shaped wings, 1 1/4 in. long. Attach a flattened 1/2 x 1 1/4 in. rectangle to back for tail. Cut a 7/8 in. long yellow oval and attach to tummy. Shape small triangle beak and tiny ball eyes; attach.
Step 6
Make rigging. Prepare fondant as follows: Tint 2 oz. brown and mix with 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex; mix 1 teaspoon Gum-Tex with 6 oz. white fondant. Tint 1 oz. black and mix with 1/8 teaspoon Gum-Tex. For sails: Roll out white fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut 2 sails using patterns. Curve over large Flower Formers dusted with cornstarch; let dry. Use toothpicks and pattern to mark "Happy Birthday" on sails; outline and pipe in using tip 2 and royal icing. Let dry.
Step 7
For pirate flag: Roll out small amount of black 1/8 in. thick. Cut a 1 1/2 x 2 in. wide rectangle. Roll out white fondant 1/16 in. thick. For skull, cut circle using wide end of tip 2A; shape slightly with fingers. Cut out eyes and nose using narrow end of tip 3; use knife to cut slit for mouth. Attach to flag using damp brush. Roll 1/8 x 1/4 in. long logs for bones; attach. Roll tiny logs for bone ends; attach to each bone. Lay flag over crumpled plastic wrap to shape; let dry.
Step 8
For masts: Paint top 4 in. of an 8 1/2 in. wooden dowel rod with brown icing color for top of center mast; wipe off excess with damp paper towel and let dry. For horizontal booms, roll brown fondant into two 1/4 in. diameter logs, 4 1/2 and 7 1/2 in. long; let dry. To assemble: Center top sail over plastic dowel rod, about 1/4 in. from top; mark 2 places where sail hits rod. Center bottom sail about 1/2 in. below lower mark; mark where sail hits rod. Use knife to cut 1/4 in. wide slits at marks. Insert sails and secure with melted white candy; let set.
Step 9
Attach horizontal booms to sail points and mast with Fondant Adhesive. Attach flag to top of mast with melted candy. Push 1 in. ball of fondant into top of plastic dowel rod; insert wooden mast in center. Cut 4 dowel rods to 7 in.; tape together on top end for mast support.
Step 10
Bake and cool 2-layer cake, 3 in. high. Prepare for rolled fondant. Tint 36 oz. fondant brown; cover cake and smooth with Fondant Smoother. For planks, use ruler and knife to indent horizontal lines, 1/2 in. apart, on cake sides. Lightly mark random lines for wood grain look. Roll out brown and black fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut 8 black portholes using wide end of tip 1A; attach using damp brush. Cut 8 brown circles using wide end of tip 1A; recut circles using wide end of tip 1M to make porthole rims and attach. Roll two 16 1/2 in. long x 1/4 in. diameter brown fondant logs; attach on cake top. Roll four 10 in. long x 3/8 in. diameter logs; attach to cake sides, curling ends for corner details. Using icing, attach cake to prepared board.
Step 11
Attach waves with damp brush, using 1/4 in. fondant logs as spacers between waves; trim at corners to fit.
Step 12
Mark mast position on cake using plastic dowel rod. Insert mast support into marked circle on cake. Slide main mast over support.
Step 13
At party: Position pirates. Insert center mast over dowel rods. Attach parrot.

Blossom Boogie Cakes
Set a summer table with cakes as bright and happy as the season. Dancing Daisy and Mini Daisy pans create this trio of cheerful desserts in bold colors. Stems and leaves as made to look life-like with Ready-To-Use Rolled Fondant.
Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool Dancing Daisy and 2 Mini Daisy cakes. On mini cakes, ice center smooth to create a 1 1/2 in. area. Cover petals with tip 16 stars. Pipe tip 2 dot eyes and outline mouths, tip 3 dot cheeks. On large cake, ice center smooth. Pipe tip 2 dot eyes, tip 5 outline mouth and dot cheeks. Cover petals with tip 16 stars. Make fondant stems and leaves.
Step 2
Tint fondant green and roll 1/4 in. diameter rope stems--12 in. long for large daisy and two 5 in. long for mini daisies. Taper stems at one end. Roll out remaining fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut 2 large and 4 small leaves using large and medium leaf Cut-Outs. For large leaf shapes, roll slightly larger to increase size by 3/8 in. Place on shaping foam and score veins with veining tool from set. Position stems; attach leaves to stems with tip 3 dots.

Carousel Horse Cake
Give a youngster (and her guests!) the ride of her life. Prettily ice a pair of Oval Pan Set cakes to fashion a fancy foundation for a candy-plaque horse shaped in our Rocking Horse Pan.
Instructions:
Step 1
One day in advance, make rocking horse candy plaque. Using aluminum foil, make a barrier to prevent melted candy from seeping into rocker area of pan. Pour 12 oz. melted candy into prepared pan and refrigerate until set. Trim edges as necessary. Using royal icing, make 89 tip 102 violet rose with tip 6 centers, completing just row 1 and 2. Make 40 tip 104 full roses with tip 12 centers. Make extras to allow for breakage and let dry. Using royal icing, decorate candy plaque. Pipe tip 3 string eyes and mouth; tip 3 dot nose. Pipe tip 5 bridle, hoofs and saddle; pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Add tip 5 number, tip 18 string hair. Make a rosette ring: on waxed paper, pipe tip 18 rosette. Dip end of plastic dowel rod in cornstarch and into enter of rosette. Remove rod and clear icing from center. Let rosette ring dry. Cut a 20 in. length of curling ribbon and wrap it around a plastic dowel rod, securing ends with transparent tape.
Step 2
Bake 3 in. high oval layers and prepare for stacked construction. Using tip 5, pipe message on top tier. From either side of message, mark cake into equal 3 in. sections using garland marker, positioning bottom of garland 1 3/4 in. from bottom edge of cake. Repeat for bottom tier, dividing into 12ths. Pipe tip 16 zigzag garlands at marks. Add small roses to garland points. Pipe tip 5 bead bottom borders Position large roses at bottom border of large tier; add tip 352 leaves. Position small roses at bottom border of small tier.
Step 3
Attach candy plaque to plastic dowel rod using reserved 2 oz. melted candy, allowing 5 1/2 in. to extend at bottom. Let set. Insert a sharpened wooden dowel rod through cakes and cake board down to base board. Position rosette ring in center of hole. Thread candy plaque on dowel rod over wooden rod and through rosette ring. Plastic dowel rod will rest on cake board of small cake. Attach gumball to top of plastic dowel rod with royal icing. Attach small roses to cover gumball.


Celebrate One Year Cake
Pull out all the stops and hit all the exciting spots‹for this colorful first birthday cake. The top cake, made in our #1 Pan, is stacked on two Long Loaf cakes for the big impact the day deserves. Trimmed with fondant flames and garlands of colorful dots.
Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make fondant flames. Tint two 1 1/2 in. balls of fondant each yellow and orange; roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut yellow flame using large leaf and orange flame using medium leaf Cut-Out. Attach orange flame to yellow flame with damp brush. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted board.
Step 2
Bake and cool two loaf cakes and #1 cake. Trim front side of #1 cake to fit flush against loaf cake. Trim loaf cakes to 2 in. high. Cut one loaf to 12 in. long; cut the 4 in. section in half and position on full-size loaf for an 18 in. long cake. Ice cakes smooth. Roll out white fondant 1/8 in. thick. Using medium round Cut-Out, cut 25 circles and attach to loaf cakes in garland formation. Tint 2 oz. portions of fondant each rose, violet, blue, orange; roll out 1/8 in. thick. Cut 6 violet, pink and blue circles and 7 orange circles using small round Cut-Out. Attach small to medium circles with damp brush. Cut name using alphabet Cut-Outs; position on cake.
Step 3
Position cakes. Pipe tip 21 shell borders on loaves. Pipe tip 7 top and bottom bead borders on #1 cake; edge white number with tip 4 beads. Attach flame to cookie stick wick with thinned fondant adhesive. Insert stick in cake, leaving 4 in. extended.

Deep Diver Cake
Talk about a deep-sea adventure! Create this fun scuba-diving toddler using our Stand-Up Cuddly Bear Pan along with 10 and 12 in. rounds. Make cute little fish with brightly colored fondant. A great splash at any party!
Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make hair. Use tip 16 and brown royal icing to pipe 35 to 40 wavy lines, each approximately 1 1/2 in. long, on waxed-paper-covered board. Make extras to allow for breakage; let dry.
Step 2
Also: Make hands and ears. Knead 1/4 teaspoon of Gum-Tex with 3 oz. of white fondant. Roll out 1/4 in. thick. Cut hands using pattern (reverse for 1). Cut ears using wide end of tip 2A; cut circle in half. Let all dry on surface covered with cornstarch.
Step 3
Bake and cool 1-layer round cakes and bear cake. Trim arms, ears and muzzle off bear. Prepare round cakes for Stacked Construction; ice smooth with buttercream. For diver's arms, cut 2 dowel rods 3 in. long; fill top half of dowel rods with fondant to hold hands. Insert in bear cake sides. Attach hands to lollipop sticks with melted candy; insert in dowel rods. Attach ears with dots of icing. Outline trunks with tip 3; fill in with tip 16 stars. Pipe tip 3 dot nose; overpipe for dimension. Outline and pipe-in mouth with tip 3 (pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe tip 3 bead tongue (pat smooth). Cover head, body, arms, ears and feet with tip 16. Pipe tip 12 ball toes. Insert hair. For mask, tint 3 oz. of fondant violet. Roll a 1/4 x 13 in. long log; attach around face with dots of icing.
Step 4
For fish, tint 3 oz. of fondant each orange and yellow. Roll out 1/8 in. thick. Use smallest round cutter from set to cut 6 orange and 5 yellow bodies. Use patterns to cut contrasting color fins. Attach bodies to 10 in. cake using dots of icing; attach fins with damp brush. For mouths, roll 1/4 in. logs of fondant; fold in half and attach with damp brush. Pipe tip 3 dot eyes and pupils. Pipe tip 5 bead bottom border on 10 in. cake. Pipe tip 21 c-motion waves on 12 in. cake.

Dino Celebrates the 1st Birthday Cake
It’s always a party when a balloon-holding Dinosaur Pan cake shows up. Turn Ball Pan cakes into colorful balloons using piped icing stars and curling ribbons.
Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool dinosaur cake and 3 mini ball cakes.
Step 2
Decorate dinosaur cake: Ice background areas and sides of cake smooth. Using tip 4, pipe eye and nostril, smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Outline body and facial features with tip 4. Pipe lines for belly and under side of tail. Fill in body with tip 16 stars. Add tip 4 piped claws, spikes and pupil, smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Attach confetti to sides of cake. Pipe tip 21 shell bottom border.
Step 3
Decorate balloon cakes: Using tip 16, cover ball cakes with stars. Cut curling ribbon into 3 lengths. Position balloons; attach one end of ribbon to each balloon cake and one end to dinosaur cake.
Step 4
Decorate hat: Cut cake board into triangle 3 in. high by 3 in. wide. Cover board in Fanci-Foil Wrap. Spatula ice smooth. Using tip 4, pipe number on cake. Using tip 16, pipe pull-out star pompon and zigzag trim. Slide 2 lollipop sticks into side of dinosaur cake at top of head. Pipe a small amount of icing on tip of each stick, rest hat on top of sticks. Support with large marshmallows if needed.

Farm Fresh Fun Cake
Our barn birthday cake features four farm friends looking out the windows and saying Hay!” to one and all. Use the Hexagon and Sheet Pans to build the barn and Mini Balls for each animal.
Instructions:
Step 1
In advance: Make chick's wings and hair tuft, horse's ears in royal icing on waxed paper covered board. With tip 16, pipe zigzag wings, 1 1/2 x 3/4 in. wide, and pull-out hair tuft. Pipe tip 366 pull-out ears, 1 1/2 x 3/4 in. wide. Let dry.
Step 2
Bake and cool 1-layer 15 in. hexagon and sheet cakes and 4 mini ball cakes. Cut hexagon horizontally in half and position on foil-wrapped board against top edge of sheet cake. Ice cakes smooth. Mark door and windows with toothpick: Door is 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 in. wide, side windows are 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 in. wide, top window is 3 3/4 in. square. Ice window areas smooth. Pipe tip 2B band boards. Use smooth side of tip 47 to pipe band trim on windows and door. Edge barn with tip 2B bands. Position 4 mini ball cakes on foil-wrapped boards. For horse: Extend nose 1 in. using fondant; attach to cake with buttercream icing. Ice nose smooth. Pipe tip 3 dot eyes and pupils (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Outline diamond on nose with tip 3; fill in with tip 16 stars. Cover head with tip 16 stars. Insert ears. Pipe tip 16 pull-out mane, tip 3 outline mouth and pipe-in nostrils (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). For cow: Trim 1/2 in. off top of head. Using tip 4 pipe in nose, pipe dot eyes and pupils (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Using tip 3, outline eyebrows and mouth, outline and pipe in spot around eye. Pipe tip 12 pull-out ears; pat smooth to indent center. Using tip 16 cover face with stars and pipe pull-out hair. For pig: Pipe tip 3 dot eyes and pupils (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Cover face with tip 16 stars, overpipe snout for dimension. Using tip 3, outline mouth and eyebrows, pipe in nostrils (smooth). Pipe tip tip 366 pull-out ears. For chick: Trim cake 3/4 in. high. Outline and pipe in beak with tip 4. Pipe tip 3 dot eyes, outline eyebrows and smile lines. Print tip 3 message.
Step 3
Position animals on cake. Pipe tip 233 pull-out hay. Attach wings and hair tuft to chick with tip 3 dots of icing.

Lady Bug Cake
Construct the cutest bug ever from cakes made in our Soccer Ball Pan and Mini Ball Pan. Brightly tinted fondant dots, nose, and antennae amplify the fun
Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool 2 mini ball cakes and 1 soccer ball cake. Position cakes on foil-wrapped cake circles cut to fit. Sandwich 2 mini ball cakes together with icing and cover with tip 16 stars. Insert lollipop sticks. Ice soccer ball cake smooth.
Step 2
Tint 1/2 oz. fondant green. Pinch off a small amount and shape for nose. Divide remaining fondant in half and roll into balls; thread balls on ends of sticks. Tint 2 oz. fondant rose. Roll out to 1/8 in thick and cut 10 rounds using medium cutter. Brush with piping gel and sprinkle with pink sugars. Position on cake. Pipe tip 2 dot eyes, pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Position fondant nose and pipe tip 2 string mouth. Position candle on cake top.

New Kid on the Blocks Cake
He’s king of the hill for his special first birthday! And why not? It’s been a year of so many “firsts” for this little one. Have fun creating baby and bear with our Ready-To-Use Rolled Fondant. Make bright blocks using layered 6 in. square cakes.
Instructions:
Step 1
One day in advance: Make fondant baby, hat, bear and train cars. Tint fondant as follows: 6 1/2 oz. dark brown, 1 oz. light brown, 2 oz. blue, 1/2 oz. black, 1 oz. violet, 3 oz. orange, 2 oz. green, 8 oz. copper. For baby, use two 2 1/2 in. globes; tape one end of one globe closed for head. Roll out copper 1/8 in. thick; cover both globes, leaving bottom end of head and both ends of body open. Cover bottom half of body with white for diaper, top half with green for shirt. For arms, roll 2 copper logs, 1 1/2 x 3/8 in.; flatten one end and cut slits for fingers. Attach with fondant adhesive. Make copper feet 1 3/4 x 1 in. wide; attach 1/4 to 3/8 in. ball toes. Cut black eyes with narrow end of tip 8; attach. For mouth, roll out black 1/8 in. thick; cut circle with wide end of any tip, then move up to cut crescent mouth and attach. Roll out green and cut 1/4 in. wide strips for sleeves; attach. Roll small copper ball for nose; attach. In copper, cut tip 2A cheeks and ears; cut ear circle in half and attach. For hat, roll a 1 1/2 in. blue ball; shape into a cone. For fringe, cut a 1/2 x 3 in. long white strip; cut slits 1/8 in. apart and attach. For number, roll a small white log; cut sections. Print name with tip 1 and buttercream.
Step 2
To make bear: Roll a 2 in. x 1 3/4 in. dark brown oval body, a 1 1/2 in. ball head, 1 1/4 in. x 1/2 in. logs for arms and 1 1/2 in. x 3/4 in. logs for legs; attach with fondant adhesive. Shape 1/2 in. dark brown ears; flatten small brown balls for inside ears, muzzle and pads of feet. Roll out light brown 1/16 in. thick and cut 1 1/2 in. oval for belly; attach. Pipe tip 2 dot eyes and outline mouth in buttercream. For train engine, press orange fondant into train candy mold; unmold. For other cars, roll out orange, blue and violet fondant 1/2 in. thick; cut 1 in. x 1 1/2 in. rectangles. Cut contrasting color wheels with wide end of tip 2A. Pipe tip 2 trim.
Step 3
Bake and cool 3-layer cakes (you will need two 2 in. and one 1 in. layer for each 5 in. high cake). Stack cakes; place 2 cakes on 7 in. square foil-wrapped boards, 1 cake on board cut to fit and 1 cake on 12 in. foil-wrapped cake circle. Prepare all cakes except one on 7 in. square for stacked construction. Pipe tip 16 star letters and borders on sides, 3/4 in. wide. Pipe tip 3 outline tracks.
Step 4
At party: Assemble A-B-Y cakes. Insert 9 in. dowel rod in B cake; position baby over dowel rod. Position bear, train and train cars.

Teddy's #1 For All Cake
Toddlers and teddy just go together! What better friend to invite to that all-important first birthday? Combine the Animal Crackers, Mini Wonder Mold and Oval Pans to make him come to life.
Instructions:
Step 1
2-3 days in advance: Prepare base board. Tint 60 oz. fondant yellow, set aside. Wrap foamcore board with foil; brush with piping gel. Roll out fondant 1/8 in. thick and slightly larger than board. Cover board with fondant; smooth with Fondant Smoother. Cut edges with pastry wheel and use smoother to smooth out sides and edges of board. Let dry 2-3 days.
Step 2
Bake and cool Animal Crackers, 2 Mini Wonder Mold and smallest oval cakes. Cut mini cakes vertically in half for paws. Cut cake boards to fit assembled cakes; position cakes, securing with buttercream. With tip 4, outline and pipe in inside ears, eyes, nose and mouth (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Cover cakes with tip 16 stars. Pipe tip 16 zigzag hem on shirt. Pipe tip 4 number.

The Greatest Ring Master on Earth Cake

Instructions:
Step 1
Using Roll Out Cookie dough and patterns cut out Top Hat, Hat Brim, 2 hands (reverse one) and 2 shoes (reverse one). Bake all and cool. Attach hands to lollipop sticks with melted candy. Place hands on cooling grid over drip pan and cover with white cookie icing. Let set.
Step 2
Bake and cool 1 layer oval and bear cake. Trim ears and muzzle off bear cake. Cut oval in half lengthwise and stand on cut ends. Ice smooth. On edge of ovals, mark triangles 4 1/2 in. wide beginning at the middle. The triangles on the ends will only measure half (2 1/4 in.). Cover triangles with tip 16 stars.
Step 3
Arrange cakes as shown.
Step 4
Decorate Ring Master: Ice one side of hat brim smooth; set aside. Using a toothpick, mark jacket, shirt, cummerbund and collar. Ice shirt smooth. Using tip 5, pipe cummerbund, pat smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Using tip 3, outline collar and jacket. Fill in jacket, collar, cuffs and pants with tip 16 stars. Using tip 5, pipe string moustache, dot eyes, hair, string mouth and ears. Using tip 3, build up nose. Cover face with tip 16 stars; overpipe moustache, mouth and eyes. Position hat brim. Cover top half of brim with tip 16 stars. Outline top hat and fill in with tip 16 stars. Position shoes and cover with tip 16 stars. Using tip 3, pipe bow tie and dot buttons over outline of collar; overpipe. Insert hands into cake.
