Chip Resetter
Chip Resetter allows you to reset the Epson cartridge, when refill the cartridge.
We do not stock those, but you can purchase one at your local business store. I've included a few links from google.com.

Cleaning, if tractor feed makes streaks
From the front of the Epson printer, insert a card stock stiff paper clear up to the black rollers.
Spray inside of printer on rollers, liberally with Windex. Let set 1-2 minutes.
Wipe inside rollers clean using a paper towel.
Insert card stock paper in the print bin, plus regular paper sheets and print an image 2 or 3 times.
This usually works for me until I have to print a very dark image, then I must clean again.
No, Windex is not edible, but that is what I was told to do and it works.

Upon arrival examine for damages/defects which may have occurred during transit.
Damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours or request will be VOID.
