| INSTRUCTIONS for Icing Sheets:
Have a fresh buttercream-frosted cake ready. Your frosting should be fresh, not dry. To remove the Icing Sheet hold the opposite margin edges of the backing. Pull the backing page across the sharp edge of a table. DO NOT TRY TO PEEL the Icing Sheet away. This can cause tearing. IF IT DOES NOT RELEASE EASILY DRY IT MORE (leave it open about 5-10 minutes, or more as needed. Not too long or it will crack). If climate is humid, it can take longer to get it dry enough to release. Concentrate on dark areas while removing. Apply to cake; Lay the Icing Sheet on top of the cake from the middle first to the ends. Pat gently to smooth wrinkles. Add a border or edge decoration to finish. For best performance & merging our Icing Sheets have been pressed quite thin. This helps them to merge better with your cake frosting and also makes them a bit sensitive to climate conditions. ANOTHER METHOD is to put the printed
Icing Sheet in the freezer for 30 seconds, then release as described above
Be careful if attempting this method.
