HELP: Electronic Billing AVS verification

Your order will NOT be processed without an EXACT MATCH to your electronic address as programed by your credit card company. This is the latest technology offered from Visa/Mastercard/Discover to protect the merchant against credit card fraud. Many vendors including the U.S. Post Office are using this technology to stop credit card fraud. This will also protect you, as the card holder against others using your credit card without your permission. 

Payment is automatically authorized by your credit bank but without an EXACT MATCH to your electronic address as programmed by credit card company Sugarcraft, Inc. WILL NOT accept payment. Sugarcraft, Inc. will issue an immediate VOID to your sale. Your bank may with hold those funds up to 48 hours.

Exact space and punctuation are required and may be the source of the error. Both your house address and zip code are required for verification. With an odd type of address, it may be hard to verify. 

EXAMPLE: This error will cause 4 payments to be withdrawn for electronic address verification.

To avoid multiple charges made to your credit card, please phone your credit card bank and speak with a Merchant Supervisor to correct, update or add your specific address details. It may take up to 24 hours for this update to process with your credit card bank. We will not accepted verbal authorization by phone from your bank. Once corrected, we will gladly try your sale again, charging your credit card twice.

We will contact you by email for for corrected details. Orders will be filed by your Invoice Number and CANCELED with in 3 business days without your reply.

OVERDRAWN ON YOUR CREDIT CARD?
Oreder will not complete. The full amount of your order including correct shipping costs will withdrawn from your credit card account so make sure your funds are available BEFORE sending your order. If we find that your credit card is declined for the purchase, we will continue to try the card for three additional days. If after 3 days your credit card is still declined our Customer Service department will cancel the order without notice. Sugarcraft, Inc. shall not be held responsible for cardholder's lack of funds or customer's charge card company who adds penalties to such account. It is solely the card holder's responsibility to maintain sufficient funds to cover all charges for merchandise ordered through Sugarcraft, Inc. It is also the sole concern of said card holder to pay such penalties incurred because of any overdraft or for any other penalties incurred herein.

Regrettably, we CAN NOT do this by PHONE. We check email Mon-Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.  Your order will probably ship within 1 to 3 weekdays. We may be able to add items within 1 hour of sending. Once you receive our automatic email response with your order details, simply "reply" to the email and leave the entire order attached for better service. Include complete details about the item you wish to add. If any details are missing, item will not be added. Our staff will add the item manually to your order and adjust all charges. We can not calculate those charges in advance.

An invoice number is assigned at the completion of your order.
Wait until you get an emailed copy of the order before you email us with questions.

PROBLEMS WITH SHOPPING CART AND/OR TECHNICAL HELP:

   INFORMATION MISSING ERROR: after entering ship to information. This usually occurs because you did a little something wrong. Make sure to fill in all blanks. If the blank does not apply in your case add an 'x' to that space. DO realize that leaving off necessary information is going to delay the processing of your order. Such as invalid phone numbers, country NOT county, etc. You will receive no confirmations or shipping notification unless you have provided us with a valid email address.

    CANNOT ADVANCE TO SECURE CREDIT CARD PAGE: This may happen because of our SECURE credit card page. A few older computers do not allow enough memory to run this page. There are a few things you can try: Turn "off" your computer and this may release enough memory to continue. When you turn back on the computer type www.sugarcraft.com in the http:// address and drop any item into your cart. Click OK to view your order and it should all still be there. You should now be able to continue. Try using Internet Explorer; located in the Start menu listed under PROGRAMS. Type www.sugarcraft.com in the http:// address and enter your order again. Microsoft has admitted to a known bug. Once you browse the web for awhile, it causes your computer to run out of memory. The only solution is to reboot to regain memory. SOLUTION: download NETSCAPE WEB TOOLS / Netscape 6 (free) and use it. You will not find these flaws in Netscape!

    AOL, CS, WebTV: If you use one of these as your browser, then you may have a few problems. Click here for additional information. After logging on with your regular server try using Internet Explorer as your browser; located on your computer's Start menu listed under Programs. Type in www.sugarcraft.com and start again. AOL current software works fine. You may need to update.

    ITEM NOT ADDED TO SHOPPING CART:  There could be a 'tag' error on our web site. There are several 'tags/scripts' for EACH item. Our Web master has typed in or forgot a necessary tag. Please continue with your purchase AND add that item to the comments box at the end of your shopping cart order. It WILL be included in your package and the picker will add it to the total merchandise to be charged to your credit card. You may also email Dolores at Customer Service and I WILL correct it right away but you may have to wait until the next day to place your order.

  SIMPLE MISTAKES: Many times several items are placed in groups. Click in the box in front of your chosen item. You can choose to order more than one of an item to the right of the item. Then click on the icon at the bottom of that group 'Add to cart'.

  ORDER MORE THAN AMOUNT ALLOWED: Drop item into on-line cart first then change after viewing your order. Make changes and click 'change'.

PAYMENT: International Credit Cards
We will include a cash register receipt for ONLY the merchandise that was shipped along with your credit card receipt which will include shipping charges. If we find discrepancies in your credit card information that can not be verified you will be required to supply additional credit card information to process your order. This WILL DELAY your order up to 3 - 5 business days. When placing an order, be sure to include: CORRECT Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, V-code from back of card, billing address where you receive your billing statement, and phone number of credit card holder.

FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARDS ON THE WEB:
Merchants who sell over the internet are liable for all fraudulent use of credit card purchases. NOT the card holder OR your bank! It is the business merchant like ourselves who pay for all these losses. Please do not be offended if for ANY reason that we ask for additional information. Our bank advises us to do so for web internet sales. All orders are carefully screened before processing. NOTE: Please realize that we will be checking all information given. If phone numbers, ship-to addresses, signatures and so forth appear not to be legitimate, your order will be canceled without notice. It is far better to lose one order than to be defrauded out of thousands of dollars.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SUGARCRAFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF SUGARCRAFT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING TO ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
