1. Gather all items needed including gingerbread stable pieces.
2. Using royal icing in a pastry bag with a #5 tip, decorate the stable pieces. TIP: Close the open end of the bag using a rubber band. Let icing dry thoroughly for several hours or overnight.
3. Assemble house on a large cake cardboard 19x14 inch #817020
4. Ice the cardboard surrounding the house.
5. Ice the pond blue then cover it over using blue piping gel; add candy rocks.
6. Before icing dries, add all the trees and figures
