Please order early enough that you don't have concerns about delivery time.
Unless the rush shipping option was chosen, we will ship in order of arrival.
All orders are shipped as soon as possible.
 
  • Please allow 1-6 days before checking unless it was a rush order.
  • Please check your email box - Our web site will email you an automatic copy of the order. This will assure you that we have received the order.
  • The shipper will email you an automatic notification with the arrival date of your parcel in approx. 1 to 6 days after placing the order.
  • If your address is within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, we ship with UPS. Canada is shipped by UPS Standard. All other address will be shipped with the U.S.P.S. Service.
  • Special order products - add 10-15 extra shipping time.
  • If your order cannot be tracked, it is either shipping today or is still in processing to ship another day. You cannot track it until the day after it ships.
  • We only ship on WEEKDAYS.
  • HELP: I would need your complete copy of the order to look it up. I cannot find it without name and invoice number.
  • All 2 or 3 day packages ship the very next shipping day possible. May ship same day if here by noon EST.

    2) Choose your "country". This is only available for U.S. and Canada

    If we have shipped your package, UPS will show the shipment details.
    If no information is available, wait 1 or 2 more days and try again.

    ERRORS
  • If you provide a BILLING address other than what the bank stored for electronic purchase, it will not process. All addresses are checked before the order can complete. You can always call your bank to determine the correct address.
  • If a customer chooses an impossible shipping method, we will notify you by email that the order was canceled. We cannot charge the correct shipping cost, so we will request that you resubmit the order correctly.
