NOTICE:
July 4th Holiday weekend - Any or all RUSH shipments:
Any order sent
after 2pm (est) Thursday cannot ship until next Tuesday following
the Holiday, when we resume regular pickup. This notice serves to let you
know that no refund will be given for any rush type order emailed after
2pm est Thursday. |
HOW TO TRACK USING UPS GROUND:
This
is how you track your package yourself...There is no use to try tracking
for 2-3 days and until after it ships.

You must allow 4-6 days before checking
unless it was a rush order.
NOTIFICATIONS: UPS will issue a tracking
number the day they pick up pkgs at our store and it will be emailed to
you the following day. The only reason it will not have shipped within
the above times is if we special order something for you. In this case
we will have phoned or emailed you. Please check your voice mails before
emailing us. If your pkg cannot be tracked, it is either shipping today
or is still in processing to ship another day.
We only can ship on WEEKDAYS.
DELAYS: At peak shipping times such
as November for Christmas and May for Graduation, please order early! There
may be delays of 4-7 days. Or choose rush type of shipping at those times.

1) Type your invoice number in the
box for "Shipment Reference"
2) Choose your "country". UPS
Tracking is only available for U.S. We ship USPS overseas.
3) Enter your zip code
4) click the "I agree" box and press
the blue "Track" icon over to the right side.
It is not possible to track an order
if you chose "No Insurance" by USPS. That is the same as an envelope.
If it is lost or stolen it cannot be retrieved and no compensation is allowed.
If we have shipped your package, at
least 1 day before, UPS will show the shipment details.
If no information is available, wait
1 or 2 more days and try again.
If your package has not arrived as you
requested: via 2 week days, 3 week days or 6-10 weekdays, you are welcome
to Contact Us us
for details. Please include a copy of the order for faster service.
FOR US TO CHECK: Unless
a rush type order, after the 10th day I will check for you with the
following information you must email:
*copy of your original order including
the invoice numbers and showing the products on the order.
*We cannot check if you omit copy of
order.
IF YOU REQUESTED U.S.P.S. (Post
Office) Service:
AFTER PACKAGE SHIPS, the U.S.P.S.
will email you the shipping notification.

Us us for details. Please include a copy of the order for faster service.
SHIPPING
DEFAULTS: If your address is within
the 48 contiguous U.S. states, we will most likely ship by UPS GROUND.
The default shipping option and the
first one listed in the drop-down box is UPS GROUND. Canada is shipped
UPS Standard unless the USPS is requested. (If rush shipment to Canada
is needed, you must choose INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS which is about 3 days
but is NOT guaranteed. Add need-by date in message box at checkout).
All other packages shipped outside the
U.S.A. are shipped via INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS other than Guam, Porta Rico,
APO's etc.

RUSH ORDERS
All 2 or 3 day guaranteed packages ship the very first shipment
day possible. May ship the SAME day and even within the hour, when order
arrives by NOON est weekdays. If there is any problem, we will phone you.

UPGRADING
Though you can choose faster shipment
options from our drop-down box at checkout, you may decide later to request
upgrading. This must be done via email BEFORE the pkg ships. Choose 2 or
3 dya rush type of shipment. You are required to provide copy of products
invoice.
WARNING: When emailing for any reason,
to prevent delays while we reply requesting it, you must provide us with
a copy of your order showing the invoice we emailed you for your order
originally.
VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
BILLING ADDRESS: As order processes,
we will check your house number and zipcode. When your order is complete
and you recieve our automated email, check the copy with subject heading...your
inv# - APPROVED. Check for errors. If you see an error such as "Address
verification results unknown" it means that you have either provided
an incorrect BILLING address, used a gift card not allowed (only Sugarcraft
gift cards are allowed), or you are overseas and your country's bank
has not entered your address into our VisaNet checking system. INTERNATIONAL
VERIFICATION: See link to send verification just after you send
your order. Under no circumstance will Sugarcraft send a pkg until
payment is verified against lost or stolen credid cards!

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special order products - add 10-15 extra
days to shipping time.

DELAYS:
Check for voice mail in case we've back/ordered
a product for you. If your order cannot be tracked, it is either shipping
today or is still in processing to ship another day. You cannot track it
until the day after it ships.

HELP
If you need to email us, we require
your complete copy of the order, the copy that shows your products,
NOT the APPROVED copy! I cannot locate orders without name and invoice
number and zipcode.
All 2 or 3 day packages ship the very
next shipping day possible. May ship same day if here by noon EST.
DECLINED FOR PAYMENT ERRORS

Check your APPROVED or DECLINED
emailed copy that was automatically emailed to you when order was sent
to us.
If you provide a BILLING address other
than what the bank stored for electronic purchase, it will DECLINE for
payment. All addresses are checked by our safe, secure processing company
before payment is sent and order can complete.

IF ORDER DECLINES PAYMENT
It means insufficient funds
Incorrect BILLING address
Or wrong exp. date or security code
was sent.
For ADDRESS problem, try the old address
if you have moved since applying for this credit card. You can always call
your bank to determine the correct address by asking them to tell you the
electronic
address they have for payments online.
If a customer chooses an impossible
shipping method, we will notify you by email. Our shipping dept. can fix
this for you. If you need to know the shipping cost, drop all items into
shopping cart and see cost after you've chosen the correct shipment option.
Do not proceed to add name/address again.
