If your address is within the 48 contiguous
U.S. states, we ship with UPS. Canada is shipped by UPS Standard. All other
address will be shipped with the U.S.P.S. Service.
Special order products - add 10-15 extra
shipping time.
If your order cannot be tracked, it
is either shipping today or is still in processing to ship another day.
You cannot track it until the day after it ships.
We only ship on WEEKDAYS.
HELP: I would need your complete
copy of the order to look it up. I cannot find it without name and invoice
number.

ERRORS
If you provide a BILLING address other
than what the bank stored for electronic purchase, it will not process.
All addresses are checked before the order can complete. You can always
call your bank to determine the correct address.
If a customer chooses an impossible
shipping method, we will notify you by email that the order was canceled.
We cannot charge the correct shipping cost, so we will request that you
resubmit the order correctly.
