Sugarcraft, Inc., takes all customer concerns seriously and makes every attempt to resolve those concerns in a timely manner and most importantly, an amicable and courteous manner. On rare occasions, not all issues are capable of a quick remedy. Sadly, nowdays there are too many crooks, mean and rude people. It is time the Merchant fought back. If no company will do business with them, maybe they will realize rudeness and fraud do not pay. When these consumers come to our Company, they often complain about treatment from another Merchant. Our Company will do our very best to meet the consumer's needs but will not accept rude behavior. There are so many websites that allow the consumer to report Merchants, truth or lies, it makes no difference. There should be a place for the Merchant to report consumers.
April 2010: The supreme court just passed a law that if a consumer lies about a Company and/or their products over the Internet they can be sued. We promise to faithfully uphold this law and to prosecute any consumer who commits such fraud. We want to keep the web safe for us as well as the consumer.
GET A REPORT ON CRUDE CONSUMERS:
Sugarcraft will be dedicated in reporting infractions from consumers truthfully and include:
* Credit Card Disputes - These are consumers who don't allow our Company
the courtesy to resolve a problem or know they can pay for those items
on their next months statement by making a fraudulent report.
* People who phone or email and are unreasonable, speak without listening,
etc.
* People who write the BBB (an unreliable merchant) with unreasonable complaints.
* People who lie. This includes all friendly fraud from consumers who tell
you a product is missing or broken when you know that was not true.
* Overseas people who steal credit cards or refuse to verify an unverifiable
credit card.
The information contained in this report and any accompanying documents may contain information that is confidential or otherwise protected from disclosure. CREDIT CARD
Disputes: If you think you have a problem, we would appreciate it
if you could do so by emailing us as soon as the problem occurs and let
us handle it. Include ONLY pertinent information, no attacks please - we
did not make any mistake on purpose. We will need you to include a copy
of your invoice in the email. Remember that we are human too. Politeness
will go along way to resolving any situation.
In the event that we are not given the chance to respond or rectify the
situation, or if you prefer instead, to dispute your credit card without
allowing our Company to rectify the situation, or if we notice the same
problem occuring with you over and over, our Company will no longer do
business with you. If any dispute is unreasonable, we will challenge it.
If it does not meet our guidelines as posted on our Policy page that you
agreed to when you placed your order, the dispute will be denied by your
bank and funds paid to our Company.
If you or others, speaking on your behalf become vulgar or insulting to
our Company or to any staff member, your account will be closed immediately.
